Logistic Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, manage and maintain high-caliber staffs appropriate to company business needs.
• Managing to ensure all inbound and outbound are recorded/updated according to the company policy and customs requirement.
• Ensure the OTD of Materials or shipment to be deliver according to the schedule time.
• Ensure the safekeeping of all documents, such as Invoice, delivery order and customs reports as per the company policy and customs requirement.
• Delegate and organize department workload according to responsibility or project assignment.
• Coordinate and handle shipments according to company policy and customs requirement.
• Coordinate interaction between the section in the Material department and all other department and subsidiary of SAM Meerkat group.
• To undertake any tasks as reasonably assigned by the management.
