Lead logistics workstream including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, order processing, and inbound-outbound operations/planning, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Provides leadership role with logistics team, supply chain peers, internal stakeholders as well as business colleagues. Develops and mentors team members, promotes full employee engagement, and implements performance based monitoring to enhance productivity & digitalization. Collaborates on network design, sets and monitors KPIs, and reports on site performance to drive accountability and operational excellence.
