Claims Associate's should highlight skills in processing, investigating, and settling insurance claims, emphasizing communication, analytical abilities, and problem-solving to manage files, liaise with clients/stakeholders, evaluate coverage, and ensure accurate, timely resolutions while maintaining detailed documentation and compliance

Job Description:

1. Atleast 1-2years of experience, preferably with a logistic background

2. With claims investigation experience (Logistic Industry)

3. Good Excel and Communication skills.

4. Focus on validation (lost, delayed and damaged) for approval or decline claims.

5. Experience in Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok or other social media platforms is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
