Job Description
Logistics Specialist (1 Year Contract) Working Location:
Woodlands
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary Package
Basic Salary: $3,300 – $4,000
Transport Allowance: $200 (Fixed)
Completion Bonus: 1 Month
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner.
Understand the customers’ requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
Work closely with appointed service providers to secure freight space.
Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)
Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters.

Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or related field.
