Job Description

Responsibilities:



* Prepares delivery documents such as Sales Invoice, Delivery Receipts, PEZA/BOC Forms, and others.

* Monitoring stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and make adjustments as needed

* Identifying and resolving issues related to deliveries, inventory, or other logistics processes

* Maintaining effective communication with carries, internal and external customers

* Communicate with purchasing, and sales teams to forecast stock needs

* Arrange transportation of goods, manages driver's schedule

* Responsible in securing permits and clearance from PEZA, Bureau of Customs (BOC), VASP, LOA's, GTSB, and other concerned government agencies related to logistics activities of the company

* Track shipments and obtain copies of shipping documents
