Job Description

As a Logistic and Procurement Coordinator, the individual will be responsible for providing support to ensure efficient logistic of material throughout our operation. You will support the management team and employees through a variety of tasks related to logistic, procurement and administration. You will communicate via phone and email ensuring that all your tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Essential Functions

  • Manages general procurement request and find adequate source of supply
  • Manages Logistic needs by organizing transport and parts reception.
  • Expedite parts orders to ensure delivery against target
  • Manage backorders and follow up on their status
