Skills and Qualifications – Logistics Admin

  • Education: College graduate or at least college-level education
  • Experience: Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is required
  • Administrative Skills: Proficient in coordinating shipments, inventory management, and documentation
  • Computer Skills: Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic logistics software
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication for coordinating with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work under deadlines
  • Location: Willing to work onsite at MIDC Industrial Park, Daungan, Guiguinto, Bulacan
  • Schedule: Available to work Monday to Saturday
