Job Description
REQUIREMENT
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 5 years' hospitality management experience essential
- Hospitality or related tertiary qualification beneficial
- Valid Driver's License and own reliable vehicle essential
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
- Proven leadership and staff management ability
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop staff
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing large hospitality operations advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the overall operation of the resort
