Job Description

Civeo Services Employees LP is currently seeking a Lodge Manager for its facilities located in northern Alberta. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day lodge operations. This position will be on a rotation basis 15 days on / 13 days off as required by the business. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve profit targets.
  • Create sales strategies and targets.
  • Participate in monthly forecasting. 
  • Record and monitor contractual KPIs. 
  • Maintain quality assurance and control of all lodge operations. 
  • Ensure productivity goals are met.
  • Establish performance standards and expectations.
  • Oversee the recruitment, mentorship and development of direct reports. 
  • Develop and maintain superior customer relations.
  • Respond to issues in a timely and professional manner.
