Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy services for residents.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
  • Conduct and participate in orientation, in-service education, and staff training programmes.
  • Contribute to activities that ensure the smooth and efficient running of the therapy department.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution.
  • Registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
