Responsibilities:
Part Order Coordinator
Manage customer requests for spare part quotations and orders with accuracy and speed, using SAP and internal toolsAct as a central point of contact between customers and internal departments (supply chain, pricing, logistics, service)Prepare and issue spare parts quotations, ensuring correct pricing, lead times, and part identificationCoordinate the entire order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring on-time shipment and full customer satisfactionFollow up proactively on quotations, open orders, and delivery schedulesEnsure all documentation is accurate and compliant with internal standards and customer requirementsMaintain clean and up-to-date customer and order data in SAPCollaborate closely with WinGD’s global offices and Swiss headquarters to align on delivery comm...
