What You’ll Do

  • Responsibility for program/service delivery (internal/external), coordination of staff
  • Manages directly the delivery of location services and maintains a safe work environment.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with the community to ensure library services are responsive to community needs and interests.
  • Investigates and resolves escalated member complaints and concerns.
  • Participates in material selection planning to ensure purchasing meets current demand and supports programming for all ages.
  • Responsible for addressing inappropriate or disruptive behaviour of members according to established procedures.
