The Localisation Team is a multicultural group of Program Managers and linguists building a quality native experience for users globally. This role owns our next‑generation localisation technology stack and optimizes processes to balance quality, speed, cost, and partner happiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the Language Tech programme (NMT/MT engines, evaluation and tuning) and related localisation automations.
• Define and improve routing rules (MT/MTPE vs human‑only) to balance quality, speed and cost.
• Partner with Engineering on localisation connectors and services (Git/Mercury/Phrase, CM...
