Localization Operations Manager

Define and own localization standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks for the platform.

Manage localization execution across product UI, slot game content, marketing materials, and operational communications.

Work closely with Product, Slot Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure localized content aligns with business and regulatory requirements.

Review and approve localized content to ensure accuracy, tone consistency, and cultural relevance.

Identify localization gaps that impact user experience or conversion and drive continuous improvement.

Build and maintain terminology glossaries and localization guidelines.

Monitor user feedback and performance data related to localized content and propose optimization actions.
