This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.
Job Details:
+ $0.45-$0.50 cpm
+ Detention pay: $20 per hour per hour
+ Drop and hook pay: $33 pay per stop
+ Live load/unload: $43 per stop
+ Hazmat: $25 per load
+ Rail delays: $20 per hour
+ Safety training pay: $20 per hour
+ New hire training pay: $20 per hour per day
+ Holiday pay: 200.00 per day

+ **$10,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time**
