About The Role
We are looking for a HSS DevOps Engineer based in Santiago to strengthen our support presence in Mining systems and platform. This role will act as a key bridge between local business operations and the global Technology team, helping mitigate challenges related to time zone differences and language barriers when handling support tickets originating from the Mining for America region.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong DevOps professional with excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, capable of operating in a distributed global environment while providing hands-on local support.

Operational Support
Serve as the primary local technical point of contact for MinAm support tickets.
Provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and technical analysis for HSS applications, services and DevOps platforms.
Collaborate with global DevOps and engineering teams to maintain SLA compliance.
