This role is about more than greeting guests, it’s about presence, energy, and influence. As a Lobby Host, you are the pulse of the space. You create atmosphere. You read the room. You elevate arrival moments into something memorable and meaningful. 

With warmth, confidence, and intuitive service, you ensure every guest feels recognized, guided, and inspired from the moment they step into our lobby. You are equal parts host, storyteller, and connector, balancing visible, social engagement with operational precision behind the scenes.
