Loans Processor

· Your core responsibility willbe to provide comprehensive lending scenarios, structuring and servicingsupport to a high-performance Broker as well as managing the client applicationprocess from lodgment to settlement. You will play a critical role as you willliaise with the brokers, lenders and clients, researching and structuringapplications to meet our clients’ requirements.

· Daily you will liaise withclients via phone and email to understand their lending requirements andmotivation/goals and collect the relevant details, including a clientprofile/fact find, budget, supporting documents, for loan assessment.

· Daily you will liaise withlender and other agents to drive the lending scenario analysis, structuring andpreparing loan application, including completing servicing, loan structureanalysis, strategies to get the deal together, ordering valuations and creditreport and managing the client’s expectations.
