Loans Processing Supervisor

Responsibilities

Loan Processing & Bank Coordination

• Supervise processing of housing loans (bank, Pag-IBIG, in-house takeout).

• Coordinate regularly with partner banks regarding loan approvals, requirements, and releases.

• Monitor loan application status from submission to approval and takeout.

• Ensure timely follow-up of pending and delayed loan accounts.

• Handle accreditation and renewal of bank partnerships.

Documentation & Compliance

• Review loan documents such as Contracts to Sell, Deeds of Absolute Sale, Loan Agreements, and other bank requirements.

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of buyer and developer documents before submission.

• Maintain organized records of all loan files (physical and digital).

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, bank standards, and government regulations.
