Loans Officer

Job Description:

. Loan operation processing & documentations

. Prepare reports for Head office, MAS and etc. on a timely basis.

. Prepare credit review for existing borrower

. Issuance of banker's guarantee

. Capable of drafting credit proposals for both Bilateral and Syndication loans

.Ability to assess credit risk and formulate assessment reports

. Vet Legal documents and follow up on other correspondences such as amendments to agreement, waiver requests

. In-charge of KYC checking and CDD review on both new and existing customers

. Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

. Minimum Diploma or Degree graduate in financial related courses

. Experience in loan processing & documentations will be an added advantage

. Minimum 2 Years experience in syndicated and/or bilateral loan transaction will be preferred

. Bilingual to liaise with Mandarin speaking chinese cli...
