Perform administrative duties and effectively assists the Property Manager with daily property operations
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintenance of professional, service- oriented relationship with homeowners, service providers and other employeesTimely response to customer concerns and processing of requestsCoordination of reservation for the clubhouse and other amenitiesIssuance of bills, letters or notices to homeowners or service providersEffectively assists the Property Manager with daily property operationsFiling of housing loan applicationPerforms other duties that may be assigned from time to time QUALIFICATIONS:
