Job Description
This is a remote position.
- Monitors and manages incoming emails and enquiries for both themselves and the client, responding promptly and appropriately and referring to the relevant staff member when necessary.
- Filing of documents
- Pre-populate the Home Loan Broker Notes
- Assist with Home Loans / Business Finance/ Business Broking
- Check Eagle and Mercury, as well as the new CRM, for any tasks and updates daily
- Check with the client if there is anything that needs doing if no task list is sent through
- Make up a new Information Memorandum and filing of documents for Business Listings
- Work with the clientto upload Social Media and Marketing
- Assist with advancing the Technology and IT of the company to become a leader in the industry
- Provide a daily update before logging off each afternoon
- Maintains security and safety of files and documents
