Job Description

The Loan Officer Assistant will play a key support role in the loan origination process, helping our Loan Officers (Account Executives) manage their pipelines, follow up with borrowers, and coordinate documentation gathering to ensure files move efficiently through processing and closing. This role will also include taking incoming calls, making outbound calls, responding to leads, and assisting with pricing out loan scenarios for prospective borrowers.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Assist with borrower communication to collect required documentation, provide status updates, and schedule follow-ups.

  • Take and Make Calls: Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound follow-ups to active leads and clients.

  • Lead Response: Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads via phone and email.

  • Loan Pricing: Assist in pricing out loan scenarios based on borrower needs and program guidelines.
