Job Description

We are looking for a Lodgement Officer who will support brokers and clients by ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely submission of home loan applications. This is a non-voice, detail-focused position ideal for candidates with strong administrative and financial campaign experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize required documents from brokers and clients.
  • Proofread and validate loan submission details before lodgement.
  • Input accurate information into various loan submission portals.
  • Provide timely feedback to brokers regarding issues or discrepancies to prevent declines or deferrals.
  • Maintain high standards of file management and documentation accuracy.


Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in loan lodgement or loan submission.
  • At least 3 years combined back-office experience (Non-negotiable).
