We are seeking a Loan Processor to join our Manila office and provide end-to-end loan application support to our Australian customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients via phone/email to gather information and check required documents (ID, payslips, bank statements, etc.)
• Validate income, employment and asset details prior to lender submission
• Update CRM systems and maintain detailed file notes throughout the loan lifecycle
