About the Role

In Financial Services operates a highly structured, system-led mortgage business built around file quality, clear communication, and controlled progress through every stage of the loan journey.

We are seeking a Loan Processing Specialist to manage standard loan files from post-submission through to settlement.

This role forms part of our Processing Team and reports directly to our Processing Manager.

Once a file has been submitted by the Credit Team, you take ownership of its progress — managing conditions, communication, and settlement coordination.

This is a high-accountability execution role focused on momentum, clarity, and delivery.
