Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review loan applications and ensure all required documents are collected.
  • Verify customer information like income, identity, and credit score.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and credit officers to move the loan process forward.
  • Enter and update loan data in the system accurately.
  • Follow up with customers for any missing documents or information.
  • Ensure loan files are complete and compliant with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders until loan approval or disbursement.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic queries related to the loan process.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 1–5 years of experience in loan processing, back-office banking, or financial documentation.
