Work Schedule: US Hours (Night Shift)
Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Ortigas Center, Pasig City (On-site)

What's Your Mission?

As a Loan Processing Associate, you'll be the go‑to expert ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant cash operations. You'll handle payment processing, reconciliation, fund transfers, escrow balancing, and investor reporting — all while partnering with Customer Service and Investor Relations to maintain seamless loan servicing workflows.

What You'll Own

Payment & Transaction Processing

• Process payments via checks, bill pay, ACH, and wire transfers
• Handle payoff wires and refund processing

Cash Management & Reconciliation

• Perform daily bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
• Manage cash adjustments, loan assessments, and fund movements

Escrow & Investor Relations

• Balance escrow accounts (taxes, insurance, disbursements...
