Job Description

The Loan Operations Officer ensures the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of loan operations across transaction review and approval, loan servicing, documentation control, and administrative support. The role safeguards operational integrity by validating transactions, maintaining accurate system records, coordinating with internal units, and ensuring full adherence to bank policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).


A. Loan Operations Management & Transaction Approval

  • Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of loan transactions, records, documents, and reports.

  • Ensure all loan payments, returned checks, and accounting entries are properly recorded and posted in ICBS and BCAS.

  • Review and approve loan bookings, restructurings, redenominations, and related documents in compliance with approved terms, policies, and regulations.
