Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis - Collaboration with Stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them to technical solutions.

• Loan IQ expertise - Provide Subject Matter expertise on the Loan IQ Platform, including configuration, customizations, day to day user support and integration with other systems.

• Workflow optimization - Analyze existing loan workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design/developing streamlined processes that enhance accuracy and timeliness.

• System Implementation and Testing - Partner with operations/finance team to support/test Loan IQ system implementations, upgrades and enhancements.

• Regulatory Compliance - Ensure loan Operations align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Issue Resolution- Trouble shoot and resolve Loan IQ-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
