**Responsibilities**:
- Create and maintain loan files.
- Coordinate loan approval processes.
- Communicate with clients regarding loan status.
- Assist in preparing loan documents.
- Support loan officers with administrative tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ Years as a Loan Coordinator or similar position
- Fluent English, both verbal and written
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset
- Energetic & upbeat
- Team Player
- Willing to listen to feedback & improve
