Responsibilities


We are seeking a Loadout Operator who is skilled in industrial operations and demonstrates leadership potential, a willingness to learn, a strong commitment to work safely, and to Yara’s core values. This role is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented and is motivated to grow into a leadership position. The Loadout Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of load-out equipment to handle Ammonia, UAN/DEF, and Urea products.

Loading Operations

  • Bulk solids & liquid loading

  • Operate solid and liquid loading systems;

  • Operate dedusting and self-loading systems

  • Conduct basic process operations – (pumps, control valves, piping, weigh systems)

  • Operate equipment through distributed control system operation (DCS)

    • Rail and Equipment Handling

  • Railyard operations

  • Power mobile equipment
