**Job Title: Loader Operator**
**Description**
This role involves safely operating heavy equipment to move and load materials in an outdoor environment. You will handle compost and various material fractions, feed screeners, load trailers and bins, and perform general labor and cleaning tasks as needed to support efficient site operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a loader to move compost materials and various fraction sizes to designated areas on the storage pad.
+ Feed screeners with compost materials to support processing operations.
+ Load compost materials and various fractions into walking floor trailers and bins in a safe and efficient manner.
+ Sort loose compost materials as required to meet operational needs.
+ Exit the loader as needed to perform general labor tasks, including shoveling, sweeping, and material handling.
