We are hiring a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Alta.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery to load and transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and gravel.
• Inspect equipment, maintain cleanliness and safety standards, and follow loading plans.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of machinery and ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and physical stamina.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Capacity to work closely with other team members.

Compensation and Benefits
