Job Description

The Learning Content Designer is an analytical, detail‑oriented professional responsible for creating effective learning materials that support the business unit’s end‑to‑end knowledge and training infrastructure. The role focuses on developing multimedia content, standardizing documentation, and maintaining knowledge systems such as eFront to ensure accuracy, usability, and accessibility.

This opportunity is a 12‑month contract based out of our North Bay, ON office.

Responsibilities

  • Instructional Design & Content Development:

    Design and develop high‑quality digital learning content, including eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and facilitator‑led resources.

    Translate complex processes into clear, engaging content.

    Modernize and standardize existing training materials.

    Create, update, and govern SOPs, workflows, and job aids.
