Job Description

The Learning Content Designer is an analytical, detail-oriented professional responsible for creating effective learning materials that support the business unit’s end-to-end knowledge and training infrastructure. The role focuses on developing multimedia content, standardizing documentation, and maintaining knowledge systems such as eFront to ensure accuracy, usability, and accessibility. This opportunity is a 12‑month contract based out of our North Bay, ON office.

• Design and develop high-quality digital learning content, including eLearning modules, videos, simulations, and facilitator-led resources.
• Translate complex processes into clear, engaging content.
• Modernize and standardize existing training materials.
