Role Overview

The role focuses on development, customization, and integration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP). The candidate will contribute to solution and architecture design, component development, and reporting capabilities while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Experience Requirement

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in LMS/LXP development and integration

LMS / Platform Experience

  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms such as Moodle, SumTotal, and Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
  • Strong understanding of LMS/LXP functional and technical architecture

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in PHP
  • Strong experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server
  • Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
  • Expected proficiency level: 4/5
