Overview

We are seeking a remote LMS Administrator & Learning Platform Support Specialist to support the Administration & Delivery team for Webex Academy. This role blends LMS system administration, end-user support, and billing operations for paid instructor‑led offerings.

The ideal candidate is highly process‑driven, responsive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a metrics‑based environment with defined SLAs.

Core Responsibilities

1. LMS User Support & Ticket Resolution

  • Resolve service tickets submitted by Webex Academy users
  • Troubleshoot login, enrollment, certification, and access issues
  • Communicate clearly with learners and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain system accuracy and data integrity

SLA Expectations:

  • Average of 3 days or less from ticket issuance to resolution
  • Maintain no more than an average backlog of 1...
