The role focuses on analyzing current end-to-end processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and productivity. By leveraging data from field operations, customer service, installation scheduling, and delivery management, this position drives initiatives that improve operational stability and cost efficiency.
