Retail Coordinator

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers by tracing packages, answering queries about FedEx products and services, and providing over-the-counter assistance.
  • Ensure correct documentation and handling of shipments, and audit packages received for timely delivery.
  • Provide and monitor material resources for retail access points, performing inventory audits and supplying necessary items for daily shipment processing.
  • Maintain equipment standards and branch appearance.
  • Monitor staff attendance, compliance with opening/closing times, and conduct visits to branches.
  • Hold meetings to review results versus plan with each assigned branch.
  • Implement service standards and improvement programs.
  • Develop and apply improvement calendars, monitor actions, prepare reports, request major repairs, and control program budget and expenses.
