LLM Expert

1. Education: For roles focused on rule understanding and logical reasoning, a master's degree or above is required; for domain experts, the requirement can be relaxed to a bachelor's degree or above, but at least 3–5 years of relevant industry experience is needed;

2. ≥1–2 years of experience working with large models;

3. Excellent comprehension skills, able to output structured text, chain-of-thought and decision explanations;

4. Experience or capabilities as a domain expert in linguistics/translation/media or related fields.

5. Able to understand and optimize SFT, RL and RM guidelines;

6. Deeply involved in rule design for LLM training, able to design or revise autocot strategies and feature combinations;
7. Able to conduct high-quality evaluation and error attribution for model outputs.
