Your Mission
You will be responsible for managing hosts, improving livestream performance, analyzing data, and optimizing studio systems to ensure high-conversion livestream sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Host Management & Training
Recruit, manage and coach livestream hosts.
Design host onboarding and continuous training programs.
Improve host selling skills, script delivery and on-camera performance.
Livestream Performance Optimization
Monitor daily livestream KPIs: GMV, conversion rate, viewer retention, average order value.
Analyze livestream performance data and generate weekly improvement plans.
Identify gaps and provide targeted coaching & optimization solutions.
Livestream Studio & System Setup
Configure and manage OBS livestreaming system including scenes, overlays, switching logic, audio & lightin...
