Live-In Personal Care Assistant - Weekends ES3202

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Live-In Personal Assistant (PA) to join a dedicated care team supporting a friendly, bright male client over weekend shifts. This role requires 48‑hour live‑in shifts every other weekend (Saturday 9am to Monday 9am), plus a 24‑hour shift on the 4th Saturday of each month (Saturday 9am to Sunday 9am). Flexibility is key — there’s the option to occasionally swap for a mid‑week shift if needed, and we’d love someone who can also cover additional shifts during other PAs’ holidays.

Compensation & Hours

The role pays a minimum of £16 per hour, with a daily rate of £384, and includes 12 hours of paid holiday for every 100 hours worked. The PA will have their own room during shifts, food shopping expenses covered, and the chance to build a meaningful working relationship with someone who genuinely values consistency, understanding, and respect.
