We are currently seeking a Live-In Maintenance Technician to join our operations team at our newly acquired Weston Road community in North York. This hands‑on role is well suited for an experienced and dependable maintenance professional who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a community of more than 200 residents. As a live‑in team member, you will support day‑to‑day maintenance operations and help ensure shared spaces remain modern, well‑maintained, and welcoming for residents.
