SUMMARY

The Live In Building Manager oversees the daily residential operations at a newly developed mixed‑use building with 134 units. The role also manages a full‑time Live In Assistant Building Manager. Responsibilities include resident relations, maintaining the physical condition of the building, communicating with residents, completing administrative tasks, and supporting the leasing process as needed.
