Job Overview

Pinnacle Group, a provider of housing and neighbourhood services, is looking for an experienced Litter Picker to join the Soft FM division at the University of Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine outdoor litter picking and maintain cleanliness across residential and campus areas.
• Clean and maintain five on-site laundries to a high standard.
• Support general cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste removal.
• Assist with deep‑cleaning tasks and cover supervisory duties when required.
• Follow health & safety procedures, report maintenance issues, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
