The Litigation Secretary will form part of the litigation team, providing essential administrative and secretarial support to attorneys handling litigation matters.

The role focuses on ensuring the smooth progression of matters through accurate document preparation, efficient file management, and strict adherence to court rules and deadlines. The incumbent will be responsible for drafting and typing legal documents, managing diaries, coordinating court processes, and liaising with clients, courts, sheriffs, and other stakeholders.
