Litigation Paralegal

A general practice firm in the northeast Atlanta metro area is seeking a Paralegal with approximately 2+ years of litigation experience to support a partner within a specialized civil litigation practice focused on sex trafficking-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Support civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Draft and prepare routine pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• File documents in state and federal courts (electronic filing systems required)
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and docketing
• Organize and maintain case files, medical records, and discovery materials
• Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel as needed

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury preferred)...
