Litigation Associate

Orr Taylor LLP is a boutique litigation firm in downtown Toronto litigating Canada’s most significant class actions and complex commercial litigation. We take pride in tackling challenging, high‑stakes litigation concerning issues that matter to Canadian citizens, consumers, and businesses.

To help us grow, we are seeking a first‑ through fifth‑year associate with a background or demonstrated interest in class actions, commercial litigation, competition law, and/or cross‑border litigation. Successful candidates will have a record of academic excellence and strong research, writing, organizational, and communication skills. Clerkship experience and admission to practice in both Ontario and the United States are considered assets.
