Litigation Associate Lawyer

Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate Lawyer to join its growing and collaborative team. This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to work on a diverse litigation practice while benefiting from mentorship, flexibility, and a supportive professional environment. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of matters, including commercial, property, employment, and estate litigation, and will play an integral role in advancing files from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients before courts and tribunals
• Manage a varied litigation caseload across multiple practice areas
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, facta, and other court materials
